Our Puppy Process

Step 1
Submit Your Application

  • Tell us about your home, preferences, and lifestyle

  • Choose gender, size, and color preferences

  • Confirm you’ve read the Puppy Purchase Agreement

Step 2
Join the Waitlist

  • Submit a $500 deposit

  • You may join multiple lists (separate deposits required)

  • Selection order is based on deposit date

Step 3
Litter Notification & Puppy Selection

  • We’ll notify you when a litter is born

  • You’ll receive videos and updates to help with selection

  • Pick your puppy based on your place in line

Step 4
Final Payment & Contract

  • We’ll send your Puppy Purchase Agreement

  • Final payment is due one week before pickup

  • Zelle and ACH is our preferred method, but others can be discussed

Step 5
Puppy Pickup & Go-Home Package

  • Puppies go home at 8 weeks old

  • Vet-checked and first set of vaccinations

  • One-year health guarantee (Option to extend to two year)

  • Go-Home Kit includes: Small bag of food, Blanket with litter scent, Chew toy, Starter care guide, Vaccination records, and ICA registered paper.

Welcome to the Diamond Doodle Family!

Thank you for choosing Diamond Doodle Pups & Poodles! We’re so excited to welcome you into our puppy family. This welcome guide will help you prepare for your new best friend and make the transition home smooth and joyful.

What’s Included with Your Puppy

  • ICA Registered

  • Blanket with scent of mom and littermates

  • Small starter bag of current puppy food

  • DNA Tested

  • Health record: deworming and vaccination dates

  • Copy of signed Puppy Contract

  • Zelle payment receipt (if applicable)

  • Optional: Travel crate if purchased separately

What You’ll Need at Home

  • Purina Pro Plan (Chicken Formula)

  • Food and water bowls

  • Crate or puppy playpen

  • Puppy-safe toys and chew items

  • Puppy shampoo & grooming tools

  • Harness (XS)

  • Puppy-safe treats (for training)

  • Potty pads and cleaner

Required Nutrition for Extended Health Guarantee

To extend your health guarantee from 1 year to 2 years, your puppy must remain on:
- Approved puppy food: *[Purina Pro Plan]*
- Daily supplements: *[ ]*

Please email proof of purchase (photo of receipt) every 90 days to maintain eligibility.

Spay/Neuter Policy

All pet-only puppies must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. Proof must be emailed to ddpupsandpoodles@gmail.com. Failure to provide proof will void the health guarantee and may result in legal penalties if breeding was not contractually approved.

Travel Tips (If Your Puppy Was Shipped)

  • Allow your puppy quiet time to rest once home.

  • Offer water and a small portion of food (don’t overfeed).

  • Expect minor stress-related symptoms like sleepiness or soft stool in the first 24–48 hours.

  • Continue crate training and potty routine consistently. Start with a single room of the house and gradually build weekly
